What you would work on

  • The hardest perception problem in enterprise AI. P&IDs are relational documents: the meaning is in the topology, not the text. Teaching machines to read them like engineers is the core of the company.
  • Work execution with real stakes. Isolation plans, hazard reviews, investigations. The bar is not "plausible": it is "citable, checkable, and safe to act on."
  • Sovereign deployment. Everything runs inside customer estates: per-tenant isolation, read-only connections, audit trails. Shipping frontier AI under those constraints is its own craft.

Who does well here

People who have shipped, and who want their work in production inside some of the most demanding plants on earth rather than in a demo. The team built cloud, AI, and industrial-software platforms at Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and Samsung. It pairs frontier AI with heavy-industry engineering, and it hires for both.
