How to Use AI to Fully Digitize a Plant in 48 Hours: Moe Tanabian, March 24.

CERAWeek gathers the energy industry’s decision makers in one place, once a year. We came with a simple argument: the engineering workforce is retiring faster than it can be replaced, and the answer is not another chatbot. It is a synthetic workforce that does the work, inside the operator’s own estate.

Across the week’s talks and sessions, the same three conversations kept returning: the retirement cliff and the backlog it leaves behind, what it takes to compile a plant’s drawings and data into something a machine can reason over, and why sovereignty over industrial knowledge is becoming a boardroom question rather than an IT one.

To every operator, partner, and skeptic who sat down with us in Houston: thank you. The skeptics made the week.
