About the role
We seek a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the development of AI products that reshape industrial productivity. You'll translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, own end-to-end execution, and drive adoption through both product-led growth (PLG) and enterprise channels. This role demands ownership, precision, and a passion for solving complex industrial challenges. Preferred location: Bay Area or Southern California. Exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Execute product strategy: turn product vision and strategy into detailed PRDs, roadmaps, and release plans for AI-driven industrial solutions
- Drive growth: optimize core metrics (DAU, TTS, TTFV) for the PLG motion while supporting enterprise customer success
- Drive cross-functional execution: partner closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ship solutions from concept to launch
- Own the product lifecycle: manage sprint planning (via Linear), prioritization, and post-launch iteration for continuous value delivery
- Champion industrial AI: deeply understand oil/gas operations to build solutions that solve real-world engineering challenges
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial: you take full ownership, think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Customer-obsessed: you're driven to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that solve their toughest challenges
- Intellectually curious: you're fascinated by AI, LLMs, and industrial operations, with a commitment to mastering complex domains
- Experienced: 3-5 years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead development and write actionable PRDs
- Technically adept: deep understanding of AI systems and generative AI, with demonstrated commitment to tracking the latest advancements
Nice to have
- PM experience at leading AI/ML or industrial/energy companies
- Knowledge of oil/gas or manufacturing operations
- Ability to read code and collaborate effectively with technical teams
