The Role

This is a hunter-leadership position for a seasoned sales executive ready to shape the commercial strategy and build a winning sales organization from the ground up. You'll own regional growth, close strategic enterprise deals, and inspire a performance-driven sales culture focused on operational excellence and customer success.

You'll partner directly with the executive team to scale our AI-driven industrial solutions business across North and South America—bringing game-changing technology to operators who define the backbone of the global economy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow revenue across the Americas, targeting clients in Energy, Oil & Gas, and Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Architect a repeatable and data-driven sales engine, with disciplined pipeline management and clear performance metrics.
  • Personally lead large, strategic deals—navigating complex procurement, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and executive engagements.
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a world-class sales team that delivers results.
  • Bring clarity and order to unstructured environments, establishing structure and focus in high-velocity growth settings.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solutions aligned with industrial needs and digital transformation trends.
  • Represent the brand externally at conferences, client summits, and executive briefings, advocating for the transformative role of AI in industrial operations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 12–15 years in enterprise sales leadership, preferably within industrial software, AI, or process automation.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million-dollar, consultative deals.
  • Deep familiarity with industrial sectors, including refining, energy production, and process manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of SaaS software, AI/ML, data analytics, and edge-to-cloud architectures for industrial use cases.
  • Natural leadership that thrives under pressure—decisive, motivating, and clear amid change.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments where systems and processes evolve rapidly.
