Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be a vital link between our users and our powerful AI core. You will build and own major features of our platform, from the collaborative user interface to the robust backend services that power it. You'll work across the entire stack to create a seamless, intuitive, and powerful experience that allows engineers to collaborate with our synthetic agents. This role is perfect for a versatile engineer who is passionate about building exceptional products and is excited to work at the intersection of user experience and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features for our intelligent, collaborative platform, ensuring a high-quality and responsive user experience.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support our front-end application and connect to our core AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate complex data visualizations, models, and real-time communication into the product.
• Design and manage database schemas and data flows to ensure performance and reliability across the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the entire technology stack.
• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping through to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and ready for future growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience with backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or Ruby).
• Demonstrated experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building real-time collaborative applications using technologies like WebSockets.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.
• A keen eye for UI/UX design and a passion for creating user-centric products.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
